🧠About Sentenal
Our Mission
Sentenal was created to solve a deeply personal and widely overlooked problem: how can young adults effectively manage chronic health conditions in the middle of school, work, and life chaos? Most health apps are either overly clinical or too basic. Sentenal changes that — offering an all-in-one platform that’s smart, supportive, and made specifically for the lifestyle of 18–30 year-olds.
Sentenal’s mission is to empower users with clarity, motivation, and confidence on their health journeys. We believe in turning scattered health routines into a streamlined, personalized system — one powered by AI, psychology, and real empathy.

Meet the Founder
Abhiram Bitla
Founder & CEO of Sentenal Health Solutions
I founded Sentenal as a solo venture while pursuing degrees in biomedical engineering, computer science, and business. I saw firsthand how confusing, overwhelming, and fragmented healthcare is for people my age — especially for those with chronic conditions like anxiety, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases.
That pain point became my purpose.
Over the last year, I’ve personally developed the business model, led user research, prototyped app features, created branding, and designed the digital infrastructure — all with one goal in mind: make health management easier, smarter, and more human.
Who Inspires This Work
Sentenal wasn’t born in a vacuum. I’ve been influenced by visionaries who’ve reshaped how we live, think, and create:
-
Jennifer Doudna – Her discovery of CRISPR showed me that a single idea, backed by persistence, can transform human health on a global scale.
-
Walter Isaacson – His books gave me insight into how innovation happens — not just technically, but emotionally, strategically, and socially.
-
Mark Zuckerberg – I briefly met him at a tech event, and his obsession with scalability and social networks made me think differently about how apps create behavior loops.
-
Elon Musk – His drive to solve massive problems, even when the odds are against him, reminded me to think big and stay relentless.
While Sentenal is still at the start of its journey, the spirit of these leaders has helped shape both my mindset and my mission.
Our Core Values
At Sentenal, everything we do is grounded in three core principles:
-
Empowerment
Health isn’t just about surviving — it’s about thriving. Sentenal helps users feel more in control of their conditions and confident in their routines. -
Privacy
We handle sensitive data, and we treat it like gold. Our systems are designed with HIPAA-informed protections and total user transparency. -
Inclusivity
We serve a diverse user base. That means multi-language options, accessible content, inclusive health education, and designs that consider every background.
Our Journey
Sentenal began as a simple prototype in early 2024 — just a symptom tracker on paper. Over time, with feedback from real students, nurses, and digital health users, it evolved into a smart system powered by AI and rooted in emotional wellness.
Through dozens of surveys and interviews, I learned that most health apps ignore what matters most to users: daily motivation, simplicity, and actual support. Sentenal exists to fill that gap.
We’ve applied Lean Startup methods throughout the process:
-
Hypothesis → MVP → Test → Iterate
-
We didn’t just build what we thought people needed — we built what they asked for.

Our Story
Behind every feature is intention. From mood check-ins to medication reminders, Sentenal isn’t just about tracking — it’s about supporting.
For a young adult who’s overwhelmed by doctor appointments, mental health spirals, or daily medication routines, Sentenal is the quiet partner that says: You’ve got this. We’ve got you.
This is more than a project. It’s a mission. And it’s only just beginning.
